Conti Organization bought the Waterford on the Meadow apartments in Plano.


Dallas-based investor Conti Organization purchased a 350-unit apartment community in Plano. Conti bought the Waterford on the Meadow rental project at 1414 Shiloh Road. Built in 1984, the 22-acre community was sold by Steadfast Income REIT. Conti owns 29 properties with 8,180 apartment units in Dallas-Fort Worth. The investor has purchased 40 apartment communities statewide.

EBEX Irving Apartments LLC bought Hidden Village, a 176-unit multifamily community at 1901 W. 5th Street in Irving. The property was 96% occupied at sale. Chris Deuillet and Chandler Sims of CBRE brokered the sale.

An investor purchased the Shops at Lake Forest in McKinney, a strip shopping center on Collin McKinney Parkway just north of State Highway 121. The retail strip was built in 2018. Strive Real Estate brokered the sale.

FZ Capital Investments LLC bought a 3,972 square-foot industrial property at 3401 Express Drive in Garland. Oliver Abtahi at WDR Commercial brokered the sale with Tucker Cason at Mercer Co.

E&R Family Limited Partnership sold 4,002 square feet of office space at 1507 N. Highway 67 in Midlothian. Tom Heraty of NAI Robert Lynn brokered the sale with Judge Fite Century 21.


MODE Transportation leased 25,262 square feet of office space for its new headquarters in Signature Exchange at 14785 Preston Road in Dallas. The company is moving from the nearby Preston Trail Atrium. JLL's Conor McCarthy and Chris Stout negotiated the lease with Cushman and Wakefield's Chris Taylor, Doug Jones and John Fancher.

Hubbard Express Air Freight & Delivery LLC leased 19,217 square feet of industrial space at 1061 Texan Trail in Grapevine. Turner Petersen of Mercer Co. negotiated the lease with Gil Stroube of Lincoln Property Co.

PP2 LLC leased 8,800 square feet of industrial space at 4960 Top Line Drive in Dallas. Turner Petersen and Jeremy Mercer of Mercer Co. negotiated the lease.

Archer Western Herzog 4.0 JV added 5,303 square feet of industrial space in Counter Point at Valwood at 1548 Valwood Parkway in Carrollton. Brian Pafford and Jason Finch of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services negotiated the lease.
